The Blå Jungfrun reference building constructed with wood-based I-joist elements and cellulose insulation

Together with KTH, VL has carried out detailed life cycle assessment (LCA) calculations for a number of different building platforms based on the reference house Blå Jungfrun. The calculations cover a full life cycle and the same functional requirements, which means that the results for the different construction platforms are comparable. This report has added an additional building platform based on building elements made up of Masonite eel, as well as the use of cellulose insulation.
